UPS Training
At the Riello UPS UPS Academy we train our engineers and approved partners to one of three levels:
Level 1 - Product knowledge, UPS Installation and Commissioning
Level 2 - Preventative Maintenance procedures
Level 3 - Fault Finding and UPS repair processes
Each course attendee receives a certificate which is time limited to twelve months. After this time our engineers and approved partners attend refreshers courses to update their knowledge bases if required.
